- What will happen before the treatment?
On arrival for your first treatment you will be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire before having a short consultation and posture check .
- Will I need to take my clothes off for the treatment?
Indian Head Massage is performed with clothes on. You will not be clothed during the body massage treatment, although you will be wearing your underwear and covered with towels at all times.
- Can people of any age have massage?
Yes, from babies to the elderly, there are no age restrictions. Minors under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
- I am pregnant, can I still have a treatment?
Yes! If you are in your first trimester (12 weeks), please give me a call to discuss it in advance.
- I want to buy a treatment for a friend, how do I go about this?
Gift vouchers are available for any amount and any treatment and valid for 6 months.
- I have allergies, will your products be suitable?
I use a range of products all of which are natural, and also have nut-free alternatives. Organic oils can be used on request. If you have a history of serious allergies, a patch test is advisable.
- What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Please let me know as soon as possible. If the treatment is cancelled 24 hrs 50% of the amount will be payable.
- What if the treatment is cancelled by the therapist?
In the unlikely event when I have to cancel the treatment within less that 24 hours the next session will have a 50% discount.
- Are you fully insured?
Yes, as a practising professional I have full insurance cover with Therapy Insurance Services Limited.
- How can I pay for my treatment?
At present I can only accept cash or cheques with a guarantee card or via direct bank transfer if you prefer.
